More than 300 volunteers make this Mission possible. Volunteers serve in a variety of ways including in the food pantry, clothing closets, warehouse, and more. To volunteer please contact Oak Mountain Mission at 205-685-5757. We welcome and need volunteers!





Oak Mountain Mission Auxiliary
Glorifying God by Serving Others



The Oak Mountain Mission Auxiliary is a group of men and women who provide support and assistance in Christian service for Oak Mountain Mission Ministries, Inc. In doing so, we seek to glorify God, serve others, and help to promote an effective, efficient and productive Christian ministry. Made up of both men and women the Auxiliary:


- plans the annual Harvest of Hope Luncheon and Silent Auction

- spreads the word about the importance of the Mission through the newsletter and other materials

- assists with Mission programs such as Thanksgiving and Christmas

- provides fellowship opportunities for members

- and much more
